张祥朝

       张祥朝  男, 河北巨鹿人,1982年生,复旦大学光科学与工程系副研究员,SPIE会员,ASPE会员,上海激光学会专业委员,九三学社社员。2005年毕业于中国科学技术大学精密机械与精密仪器系,2009年6月在英国Huddersfield大学精密技术中心获得博士学位,毕业后留任Huddersfield大学研究学者,2011年12月进入复旦大学工作。

       其研究方向主要为精密光学测量技术,光学表面形貌评定以及微光学技术。在微光学元件检测、复杂曲面的形貌评定算法、精密光学仪器校准、表面形貌的多尺度分析等方面作出了一系列重要成果,在 Measurement Science and Technology、Precision Engineering, Applied Surface Science 等期刊和国际会议上发表论文三十余篇,并担任Precision Engineering、 Measurement等期刊的审稿人,英国EPSRC项目评审专家。目前主持承担了国家自然科学基金、上海市自然科学基金等多项科研课题。

(1) 复杂光学表面评定表征 (Metrology of complex optical surfaces);

主要包括自由曲面与结构表面的形貌表征、区域分割、特征识别以及标准化等

(2) 精密光学测量技术 (Precision optical measurement);

主要包括光学干涉测量技术、数字全息显微术、三坐标测量技术等

(3) 微光学 (Micro-optics)

主要包括衍射光学元件、微透镜阵列等微光学元件的设计、光学建模及多尺度分析
